In order to apply candidates must submit:
1. filled application form (Internacional Student Application Form).
2. nostrification of their diploma – acknowledgement by HEC Fakultet (150 Eur)
3. high school graduation diploma – original or verified copy
4. high school grade reports for all 4 years – original or verified copies
5. copy of passport
6. sanitation approval
7. certificates and licenses earned during previous education
8. awards and acknowledgments
Application needs to be submitted by post to HEC Faculty (HEC Hotel Residence, Jadranski put bb, Podlicak – Milocer, Montenegro)

Scholarship and payment
Scholarship payment dynamic is as follows:
Enrollment: 400 Eur when application and documents are submitted (no later then June 15th)
First installment: 600 Eur no later then October 1st
Second installment: 600 Eur no later then February 1st
Third installment: the rest no later then April 15th
